Client Case Details
Client's presenting issues:
Client still feels stressed and emotional. Sleep issues and migraines continue. There was an issue at work (client didn’t feel safe driving the bus with a broken wing mirror). She felt she had to ‘fight’ and make a fuss to get the bus changed. She thinks that due to how she is currently feeling it is hard for her to cope with any ‘curve ball’ that life/work throws at her. Following this incident at work client had to have a day off sick due to a migraine (feeling stressed because she is already under scrutiny due to previous warnings). Client tells me about worries that she has for her daughter at this time. Daughter has no motivation to help at home so client comes home to chores. We explored making two lists: chores for client and chores for her daughter. Client is busy still trying to clear out her Dad’s home, this is stressful and emotional. She has discovered this about her Dad that she never new, things that she is proud of, she wishes her parents had talked more about their lives. Client doesn’t feel very supported by her brothers in this process. Feels like she is ‘spinning plates’, waiting for one to fall.
