Wellbeing Promotion & Coaching

The workplace has a significant impact on employees' health and well-being, so the management of workplace health can help work-related health and subsequent levels of sickness absence.

Organisations need healthy and well-motivated workers if they are to deliver high-quality products or services. The aim is to help your people to live well, work well and achieve more.

Our wellbeing services can offer a one-off or annual wellbeing event, support your existing wellbeing programme or be an audit tool to help establish your wellbeing programme priorities.

Workplace events and fairs

We can offer a number of formats which are designed to suit different organisational needs, sizes and site arrangements.

All of the options below can cover a range of the subject areas, or alternatively focus on one specific hazard area particularly relevant for your workforce. Some subjects which we can organise events around are:

  • Staying healthy
  • Managing pressure and stress
  • Coping with change
  • Work life balance
  • Healthy lifestyles

Once you have chosen the subject, you can then choose the type of event you want;

Health Fairs: set up using an exhibition format, they include on-site experts, interactive activities such as mini-seminars, health talks and individual health checks. Health fairs are set up as open/walk in events which are particularly effective in large one-site organisations.

Workshops and seminars: interactive, high-impact, face to face group interventions. These can either be for a range of subjects or focus on one hazard area. Perfect for targeting employees that want to change, delegates are given personal training plans in additional to education, support and intervention on the chosen subject.

Campaigns: designed to establish a behaviour change by presenting a challenge or goal to achieve. Campaigns are launched remotely over a 4 or 8 week period. Each self-referral case receives an induction pack which contains tips and ideas plus a personal action plan. All participants have unlimited access during the campaign to a “personal health coach” via email, who is an experienced working health coach. Motivation to keep focused and on track is provided through regular emails.
