My client talked about her anxiety and we looked at her triggers she said a huge trigger for her is arguments she will always try to avoid a conflict at all costs she said that somethings this can really effect her at work we looked at where this might be coming from she did go on the say that she feels her lack confidence might be coming from her relationship with her mother as it have never really been a positive. We looked at her past and what it was like growing up with her depressed mother.
