My client shared she stopped herself going down the other day, she awoke feeling maudlin and then started to think of everything she has, not what she has not. We discussed her soon starting to do 2/3 days in the office, she is still volunteering at the vaccine centre, absolutely loves it. We are starting to focus on how good mixing in the garden will be and she is hoping to book up a few nights in a Hotel on the Kent coast. She also has a Christian convention in September and a friend’s belated 60th birthday celebration. She said she feels the Counselling has been a stepping stone to brighter times.
