Overwhelm due to all the roles she is trying to undertake in lockdown. Trauma over having put her parents at risk.

Help to be emotionally stronger.

Client experiencing interrupted sleep due to being perimenopausal, which is also impacting her mood and her husband is getting cross about it. She feels frustrated as it's something she can't help. Generally though her boundaries are better and she is focussing on the now and enjoying closeness with her parents while they are still here. The opening up will also help.
