This is a unique offer from Wellbeing Solutions Management, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of employee assistance programmes (EAPs). We want employers to be able to test our EAP without obligation, and to help managers measure the impact and value of our service. Of course we hope that employers who test our EAP will recognise the productivity and absence management benefits it brings, but this is a free, no obligation trial offer.
This offer is to trial a Telephone EAP free of charge for 2 months. An EAP quotation will be sent to you. This quotation will show the cost of extending this 2-month free trial for a further 10-months
– should you choose to do so – and will show your savings compared to our standard 12-month EAP subscription fees. To provide a quote we need to know your total employee headcount.

- The Telephone EAP will be open to all your employees and their immediate family members (aged over 16 and living at the same address)
- 24/7 access to our free-phone contact centre, or online via the EAP website
- Telephone counselling - on all work-related, personal and family issues
- Citizens advice bureau style general advice, information and sign-posting, including specialist money management and debt advice
- Legal advice - guidance and sign-posting on all legal and contractual issues
- Employee website - information and sign-posting and online access to EAP resources
- Clinical governance - adherence to all professional clinical standards
- Bespoke web portal for HR - access to management referral services and MI reports
- e-Leaflets for employees, e-material for intranet use and quarterly e-posters
- Detailed EAP usage statistical management reporting, which can include employment issues trend analysis and a unique bench-marking comparative report
Additional & Optional Services
Face-to-face counselling, or additional sessions of telephone counselling, can be provided if requested and authorised by HR, and will be charged for each counselling session provided.
