My client said that something happened yesterday his car failed his MOT and he missed a meeting and this sent him into a downward spiral and this has stayed with him he said he feels really low and down at the moment and is in quite a negative place he talked about the the negative things he tells himself inside his own mind we looked at how it is like he has this bully in side his mind we looked at where this might have come from and he came up with the bullies he had at school. We used some CBT methods to help him catch them type of thoughts.
